My first business looked like freedom. Clients I loved. Steady income. Work from anywhere. On paper, I had it all.
Behind the scenes, I was chained to 12-hour days. Content. Launches. Emails. Team calls. Finances. You know the drill. I wasn’t running my business. It was running me.
I followed every framework I was told would work. None of it fit. Not my vision. Nor my energy. Neither my way of working. It consumed me. And eventually, I burned out.
That collapse forced me to rebuild differently. I deprogrammed the conditioning. Studied coaching psychology. Built systems that matched my personality. Chose strategies that gave me my life back.
