The Identity Project is growing deliberately. That means we don’t hire fast,
but we do pay attention when someone genuinely clicks with what we’re building.

We especially keep an eye out for people who work at the intersection of depth and action.

That might look like:

• Coaches and facilitators who understand identity, patterns, and behaviour;
• Mental health professionals interested in sharing clinical expertise;
• Creatives who can translate complex inner work into clear visuals or words;
• Tech and systems thinkers who like building human-centred digital spaces;
• Community builders who know how to hold raw & meaningful conversations;
• VAs who think proactively and care about the why behind the work.

In short: people who want to contribute to work that helps others make braver, more honest decisions about how they live and work.
