Terms & Conditions – The Identity Project™

These Terms & Conditions govern all services and products provided by The Identity Project™, operated by Annemiek Dunhof, registered in The Netherlands. Legal name: The Identity Project™. Address: Herculesstraat 34, 7521 DJ Enschede, The Netherlands. Email: support@identityproject.online. Chamber of Commerce (KvK): 67867847. VAT number: NL002322630B97. By purchasing services or products, you agree to these Terms.

Services Provided
The Identity Project™ provides coaching and personal development services, including one-to-one coaching sessions lasting approximately 45 to 90 minutes, ongoing coaching subscriptions, single coaching sessions, between-session support via email or WhatsApp, digital products such as ebooks, workbooks, templates, downloads, and courses, as well as any future workshops, group programmes, retreats, or related offerings. The structure, format, duration, and content of services may vary depending on the specific offer purchased. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue services, content, or features at any time. Such changes will not affect services already paid for unless required for safety, legal, or operational reasons.

Coaching Scope and Responsibility
Coaching is a reflective and developmental process and is not therapy, counselling, medical treatment, or psychological care. The Identity Project™ does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions and does not replace professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. You remain fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, wellbeing, and results in life and business. Coaching outcomes are not guaranteed. If at any time coaching is deemed no longer appropriate, you may be encouraged to seek support from another qualified professional.

Coaching Structure and Commitment
Ongoing coaching subscriptions include two sessions per month. The initial three-month commitment includes six sessions. If the subscription continues beyond the first three months, you will continue to receive two sessions per month. Sessions must be used within the active coaching period and do not roll over beyond that period. After the initial three-month commitment, coaching may be paused or cancelled with 30 days’ notice. During an agreed pause, both sessions and billing are suspended. Restarting coaching is subject to availability and may be subject to current pricing.

Booking, Scheduling, and Rescheduling
Sessions are booked through the designated scheduling system. You are responsible for booking sessions within the available calendar. Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the start time using the reschedule link in your original booking confirmation email. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed sessions (no-shows) are counted as used sessions. In exceptional circumstances, flexibility may be offered at our discretion but is not guaranteed. If a session needs to be moved on our side, you will be asked to reschedule it yourself using the reschedule link in your original booking confirmation email. Only if this is not possible should you contact us directly.

Between-Session Support
Between-session support is available via email or WhatsApp. Messages are typically responded to within 48 business hours. This support is not intended for urgent or emergency situations. Social media direct messages are not a reliable support channel and may not receive timely responses.

Fees, Payments, and VAT
Coaching subscriptions are billed monthly via automatic payment methods. Single sessions and standalone services are paid upfront unless otherwise agreed. If a payment fails or is late, access to coaching services may be paused until payment is received. Prices may change for future clients or renewal periods. VAT is charged where required by law.

Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable once coaching has started. Refund requests made before the first session may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Digital products, downloadable materials, and online content are non-refundable.

Digital Products and Withdrawal Rights
Digital products may be delivered via download, email, or online platforms. By purchasing digital content with immediate access, you expressly agree to waive your 14-day EU withdrawal right once delivery has begun. Access duration for digital products may vary depending on the product and may change in the future.

Client Conduct and Boundaries
We reserve the right to end coaching services if a client behaves in a way that is abusive, inappropriate, threatening, or violates professional or personal boundaries. We also reserve the right to refuse service where coaching is not considered a suitable form of support.

All materials, frameworks, methods, tools, exercises, written content, language, recordings, digital products, and concepts shared through The Identity Project™ are protected intellectual property.
